elcome to the online home of Jackson County High School Chorus, where we value the importance of a quality Arts Education.
As a member of our choral program, students learn to work cooperatively, pose and solve problems, and forge the vital link
between GROUP effort and quality of result. A quality arts education imparts academic discipline and teaches
higher level thinking skills such as analyzing, synthesizing, and evaluating both personal experience and objective information. An arts education enhances students’ respect for the cultures, belief systems, and values of their fellow learners. It helps students embark upon a lifelong journey towards excellence. It is my sincere hope that my students find it a meaningful journey.
